Process

Four to six weeks from first call to live site

Every engagement runs on the same five stages. You always know what is being made this week, what you are reviewing next, and what has to be decided before work continues.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A working session with the people who own the revenue. We collect the offer, the objections, the competitors, and the constraints, then write the brief we will be measured against.

You receive: Written brief, success criteria, page inventory

    Week 1
  2. 02

    Architecture

Page order, section order, and the argument each page makes. Copy direction is drafted here so the design is laid out around real sentences rather than filler text.

You receive: Sitemap, wireframes, first-draft copy

    Week 2
  3. 03

    Design

Typography, grid, colour, motion, and the component set. You review full pages in the browser at desktop and mobile widths, not flattened images.

You receive: Design system, key page designs, motion notes

    Weeks 2 to 3
  4. 04

    Build

Production front end with the content model wired up, integrations connected, and a performance and accessibility pass before anything is called done.

You receive: Staging site, editor training, QA log

    Weeks 3 to 5
  5. 05

    Launch and iterate

Redirects, metadata, analytics, and a staged cutover. After launch we review real behaviour and release changes in small batches.

You receive: Live site, launch report, iteration plan

    Week 6 onward

Bring a deadline and we will work backwards from it
